All our products are printed on demand from our printers in the US and Europe. We take on average 2-7 business days to create these items. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. We’ll send you the tracking number for your package as soon as it’s ready.

NOTE: shipping times are only estimates, and if your order is arriving from abroad, it may be stopped in customs. Every country is different, and we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

We provide tracking information on all shipments EXCEPT for notebooks shipping to addresses in Canada (for these shipments, we use regular Canada Post shipping). For everything else, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please note that it may take some time before tracking information is available. If you ordered more than one product, they may come in separate shipments from different warehouses.

We ship from warehouses in Canada, the United States or Europe, depending on the product.

For direct-to-garment (DTG) prints, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.

We’re sorry if this happens! Simply email us an image of the damaged product and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

We allow refunds under the following conditions:

  • The refund is requested within 30 days of delivery; and
  • The product is returned to us unused.
