Our production time is 2 to 6 business days. We partner with facilities in the North America and Europe to print our designs on apparel, but not all items are available at each facility.
NOTE that shipping times are only estimates, and if your order is arriving from abroad, it may be stopped in customs. Every country is different, and we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.
We first typically take 2-6 business days to create the product for you. Then you add shipping times on top of that.

We accept PayPal and any credit card that can be processed by Stripe (this varies by country, but generally: Amex, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). Prices are listed in US or Canadian dollars.
The only items that do not include tracking are notebooks shipping to an address in Canada (these are sent via regular Canada Post).
For all other items, you will receive an email with tracking information once it is available. If you ordered more than one product, they may come in separate shipments; in such a case, you will get separate tracking information for each.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address; however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, email us with your order number. We'll see what can be done.
If an order is returned to us, we will get in touch with you. We can store returned items in our warehouse for up to 3 weeks. If we don't hear back from you within that timeframe, the items are donated to charity.
When unpacking a new shirt with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't panic. It's caused by a fixation agent applied during the printing process and is not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
Any problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Please email us with an image of the product within a week or receiving it and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
We do not accept exchanges due to a wrong size being ordered by the customer.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If you receive a damaged item, please email us an image of the damaged product within a week of receiving it and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
We allow refunds under the following conditions:
- The refund is requested within 30 days of delivery; and
- The product is returned to us unused. (Return shipping to be paid by the customer.)
